Glamis Map Privacy Policy

Glamis Map is an interactive map of the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area, available on the web and as an iOS app. This policy describes what information the app uses and how it is handled. The short version: Glamis Map does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information.

Location

With your permission, Glamis Map uses your device's precise location to show your position on the map, orient the map as you move, and help you navigate the dunes. Location data is processed on your device solely to provide these features.

• Your location is never linked to your identity.
• Your location is never used for advertising or tracking.
• Your location is never sold or shared with third parties.
• You can revoke location access at any time in your device's Settings; the map will still work without it.

In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple and our payment infrastructure provider (RevenueCat) to deliver and manage your purchase. Purchase records are used only for app functionality — such as unlocking features and restoring purchases — and are not linked to your identity by us or used for tracking. We never see or store your payment card details.

What We Don't Collect

Glamis Map does not collect contact information, photos, contacts, browsing history, identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal data. There are no user accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

Glamis Map does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
